This cottage is part of a building that has been newly renovated. It comprises:

An Entrance hall

A fully equipped kitchen + living area (with an open fire)

One bedroom with a double bed

A shared bathroom consisting of a bath + shower + toilet

Two bedrooms with double beds each with its own private bathroom (shower)
An infrared sauna for two people
The cottage has access to a play room located in the basement of the house.
Washing machine is also available
A large backyard with a barbecue and a playground for children

Gîte "Framboisier IV (capacity 4/6 persons)
This cottage is located in the same building as the "Framboisier III" but upstairs. However there is an access via an external staircase.
It is composed of:

One bedroom with double bed

One bedroom with two single beds + sofa bed for 2 persons
A terrace with barbecue
A lawn with access to the communal playground

The two cottages (Framboisier III & IV) may be rented together in order to welcome a total of 15 persons
