Located in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, the company “Bio Spirit Belgium” is above all an organic family farming business.

To ensure the sustainability of the farm, the family created a micro-distillery in September 2023, in order to promote the cereals produced directly on the farm. Sincerity and authenticity are the approach to creating alcoholic drinks which are above all pretexts for exchanging and sharing fulfilling moments!

Historically, the province of Luxembourg had several distilleries which all disappeared over time. Our distillery is a first in our province.

The quality of our alcohols is our priority. To achieve this objective, we acquired a personalized copper still to limit our energy consumption in order to best preserve our environment. Our ingredients are produced on our farm (cereals, fruits, aromatic plants grown or picked in the wild, etc.) thus expressing all the quintessence of the terroir.

Our distillery is a return to the sources in our know-how and our values. François-Xavier and Adrien promised to breathe new life into the production of organic Ardennes whisky. What could be more normal than having chosen as a logo an Ardennes draft horse pulling a cart loaded with an oak barrel in which the certified organic alcohol can age quietly
