This gîte is part of a building which has just been completely renovated. It features  :

 

• An entrance hall

• A fully equipped kitchen + living room (presence of an open fire)

• A shared bathroom consisting of a bathtub + shower + toilet

• Two bedrooms with double bed, each with its own bathroom with shower

• An infrared sauna for two peoples

• The cottage has access to the games room located in the cellars of the building.

• A washing machine is also available

• A large lawn garden equipped with a barbecue and a playground

Gîte “Framboisier IV” (capacity of 4/6 people)

 

This gîte is located in the same building as the "Framboisier III" gîte but upstairs. However, access is via an exterior staircase.

 

It is composed of:

 

• A fully equipped kitchen + living room

• A bathroom equipped with a shower

• A bedroom with double bed

• A bedroom with two single beds + a double sofa bed

• A terrace with barbecue

• A lawn with access to the common playground

• Free parking spaces

• free WIFI

• Access to the games room located in the cellar of the building

 

Gîtes "Large capacity - 15 people"  

 

The two gîtes "Framboisier III and IV" can be rented together to accommodate a group of up to 15 people.
